Returns

If you need to process a return, get ready for Global's “No Hassle Return Policy“!  Simply click on the “Return Policy“ link that is shown from the Returns/Credit App tab along the left side of the page.  This will take you through our “No Hassle Return Policy“ and to a return authorization form.  Fill out the form and then click submit - it really is that easy!!!

Credit Authorization

If you are in need of opening an account, this is the place to do it!  Simply click on the “Credit Authorization Policy” link that is shown from the Returns/Credit App tab along the left side of the page.  This will take you to our terms, and at the bottom (lots of legal jargin to get through!!!) is the form - take a couple of minutes to fill it out, and we do the rest.  An account will be opened for you and if you do not have an Account Executive to assist you already, we will make sure to have one follow up to insure 100% satisfaction!  We look forward to working with you!!!
