Give us a call anytime Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM – 5PM EST and see how responsive we are to your needs.    We respond immediately to all return requests, there’s no reason for you to inventory merchandise you do not need.  And with the, EASY RETURN feature on our website, you can return items and order new ones all within a few clicks.

 

Shipping

 

Our delivery service allows us to ship most items to locations in the United States and Canada overnight at no cost to the purchaser.  Large items and furniture might incur additional charges.  Place your order by Noon EST and you will have your items the next business day.  Have multiple locations?  NO PROBLEM!  You can set up specific shipping destinations for multiple office locations, so all offices get exactly what they ordered the next day.  Call our Customer Service department at (757) 989-8907 for more information.  All shipments go UPS Ground or freight carrier.

 

Return Policy

 

The Prepared Office wants you to be completely satisfied.  In the event that one of our products fails to satisfy your need, we will be glad to replace it with another item from our catalog.  If you return the unneeded item in the original box with the original packing material, within 30 days of shipping, you’ll receive a credit that can be applied toward your next purchase.  For all non-local returns, please call, email, or use our EASY RETURN web page to receive a return authorization number and to schedule a pick-up prior to returning those items.  The sooner you call, the sooner we can give you credit.

 

NO return shipping charges for Account-Holders in good standing within 30 calendar days!

All non-local returns must use a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA.  To obtain an RMA, simply call the Customer Service department Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 EST at (757) 989-8907 or use the EASY RETURN on our website.  To schedule a Pre-Paid UPS pick-up, call 1 800-PICK-UPS. COD return shipments are not accepted; the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on the return items.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packing materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and accessories.  Items may not be returned if the consumer has damaged them.  Items also may not be returned if they have missing pieces.  Credit will not be given for items not in their original condition.  A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all items returned after 30 calendar days of receipt of the items.

 

Payment Instructions

 

New accounts are designated “prepaid”.  A credit card must be used with each purchase either online or over the telephone if you are not approved for terms.  We extend credit terms to qualified businesses.  In order to obtain credit terms, we require an approved credit application from your company (See below).
